Easy to understand and work with.
There is explanations and definitions on many normally used situations that I considered excellant, however, it did not say whether or not to have the Will notarized after the 2 witnesses signed the will for you...As I understand it, in NC, the will should NOT be notarized...however it did not state this and a person should check their State before doing so or I believe it could nullify the Will. It is clearly worth the price I paid for it!

Legal forms
The forms for last will and testament and living will are exactly as described and easy to use. In my state I have to sign both before a notary and they’re completely legal. I recommend them to folks who don’t have a lot of assets to dispose of and no trusts, IRA’s, etc. Thrifty and uncomplicated for a simple Will.
