I use a lot of heat on my hair, blow dryer and flat iron almost daily and this product has really helped improve the damage caused by those styling tools. With consistent use, my hair looks healthier. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down, which I love. Just keep in mind it doesn’t replace a conditioner.

I have coily, fine, dry color treated hair (DIY highlights, yes I know... bad idea, but in my defense my hair was already dry) I have been baby-ing my hair for as long as I can remember, I have tried almost everything. I didn't expect this affordable item to make my hair feel softer and stronger. Of course the dryness I experience with my hair is chronic and I need a lot more time to see how well this might help with this issue. Regarding the smell, I don't find it very strong, I tend to be sensitive to strong odors, but no migraines so far while using it

Noticed a difference the first time I used it; granted, it takes a few months to undo damage, but with each use, you'll see an improvement. It has a nice smell and your hair will feel so much softer and healthier looking after each use. It works great on fine hair, too. Very happy with it.

Feels nice in the hair, put on wettened hair, comb it thru gently, it smells nice, then you go shampoo rinse repeat, conditioner and so forth. Its not a noticeable thing, but maybe i dont leave it on enough time, i think thats the general directions.
