Love this. Great for those clients who are very much in their head and struggle to Identify underlying emotions. With the chart, you can start with a thought, and then see if the corresponding emotion resonates. It’s not a formula or an a=b “code”, but just a place to get started that allows the client a little more control and safety throughout the process. I also love how the chart has some other helpful tips for perceiving, interpreting and responding to emotions in self and others. I bought one for me (LPC) and one for my stepdaughter, who is also planning to go into a helping profession. We agreed that it was great for our personal reflection as well!

This has great I for , the condition of it the laminate is all lifting and bubbled and a sticker is stuck on it covering the writing and won’t come off.. Such a waste of money very poor value actually a total rip off to be honest

Le prix est abusé même si le support est plastifié et transportable facilement c’est vraiment trop cher car le contenu est un basic que l’on peut trouver un peu partout sur ke web mais ça fait bien le job !

As another reviewer mentioned, there are stickers obscuring some of the content of the card, on both sides. I soaked it in warm soapy water and scraped the stickers off with a plastic scraper, but the sticky residue remains on both sides and is annoying. I don't want to risk using anything that might melt the plastic, so I'm left with that for the time being til I think of something else.Actual content of the card back and front is awesome and I've used it to help calm myself down a few times already, including when getting the stickers off <-just kidding on that last bit. Helps with journaling and naming what's going on, also puts space between you and the emotion if you remember to use it in the moment of eruption. Even though it's sticky, I recommend it, because it has helped me and feels like it might be a good tool for others too.
