I don't know. Do you or someone you trust have functional hands and does your carrier have anything resembling functional webbing for attaching accessories ? If so, then I don't see why not. But if you spent the money on an actual plate carrier that isn't a prop, consider also spending the money on a proper blade that you can mount on your carrier.
