Kiewit: An Uncommon Company: Celebrating the First 125 Years

Interesting book on Kiewit, which is one of the world's largest construction companies. I was familiar with the work done by the company, but when i became aware that it is employee owned and operated, I wanted to know more. I have always believed employee ownership was the way to go for most businesses if there is real interest in lasting integrity, sustainability and quality production.
