So I have to admit to being a bit like Goldilocks when it comes to pens as I write in several different journals daily. I have more pens than most people would use in their lifetime, all in the search of one that I can comfortably use for long periods of time. So far, these pens have taken the lead. They are extremely comfortable to hold, especially for someone like me who holds the pen close to the tip. The writing is smooth and does not smear. I also appreciate that they are 0.5 mm as I prefer fine tip pens, but they are hard to come by. I have used one of these pens daily for almost a month and I can confidently say that I plan to use them for the foreseeable future and would definitely recommend.My rating system:1 Star - Do not recommend2 Stars - Disliked it3 Stars - It's okay4 Stars - I liked it5 Stars - I loved it

These pens write good but as I was taking the red tip that protects the end of the pen off the whole tip of pen came off. I wasn't pulling very hard so there going one pen in the trash, and ink to get off my hands. Next, the second pen was working good or so I thought, I was writing in my journal. It started leaking at the top and bottom so number 2 in trash and more ink to get off my hands. Ok, number 3 so far it has worked ok writes good and smooth. We will see how it goes from here.

My favorite part about these pens is the squishy grip. It makes the pen so comfortable to hold. I also appreciate that they are lightweight plastic. They are easy to throw into your bag or clip to a notebook and head out. Be careful to clip the pen to just a few pages of paper or the clip will break off as the plastic is not very strong.These are gel pens and they all write with black ink. The tip is fairly fine and I have found that the ink dispenses fluidly, but can skip a bit if you don't press on the paper. The ink dries quickly, but can still smear if you run your hand or finger over the ink immediately after you write. If you wait a few seconds, the ink is dry and there is no smudging or smearing.These pens are cute and affordable. They are fun to use and feel more luxurious than a regular ball point pen. They are perfect for taking notes or doodling in a notebook.

These are all black ink. I thought they might be different colors but that is not the case, it’s just the outsides that are different.This is a nice, inexpensive set of gel pens. Nothing super fancy to write home about (badum tiss). They write well, no skipping or streaky-ness. They do have a slight crunchy? feel when writing on a hard surface, they don’t feel super smooth but it’s not awful.So far my daughter has been using one to draw with for about 2 weeks now, and it’s maintained the same ink quality. And she’s been using it A LOT.They’re comfortable to hold, the grip feels nice and fits well in my small to average size hands. They’re on the lighter side of pens but not overly cheap feeling either. If you’re someone that appreciates a nice hefty feeling pen, maybe keep looking.Overall I’m happy with these pens and it’s always nice to have a few extra around since they always seem to go missing when you need it most!

I generally like gel pens, but not ones that have color on the outside that don't match the ink color. These pens are all black, with a colored sponge grip. I was skeptical about the sponge grip, but they are easy on the fingers and do its job fine.Then small glob of protector on the pen tip was a pain to remove - it broke apart and I had to keep scraping at it to remove fully.Despite claims of being quick drying and smudge-free, it definitely smudged easily even after waiting 15 seconds on standard printer paper. My pentel pens were smudge-free after 3 seconds by comparison. I can't really recommend these as there's much better alternatives.

No more treasure hunting for lost caps!☑️ Length is on par with standard gel pens (see pic), although be aware these have a bit more girth.☑️ Lightweight, so these won’t bog you down, especially if you have dexterity/hand issues.☑️ Dries with the speed of Shazam! I swiped a finger over the ink within SECONDS of writing and no smears!NOTEABLES:🔘 Stated in the description, but all 5 gel pens are BLACK ink, so don’t expect a pastel rainbow of ink.A new fave among my gel pen posse! I love how these pens writes and they are so pretty. But the only downfall is the clips break so easily. I already had broke 4 out of the 6 of the clips. Even enough I love how they write but I don’t think I’ll buy them again.
