Excellent deal for this item. Comparable to milwaukee's big hawg. Only you get a 7/16" shank arbor and 4 pilots! But just a warning. If you don't tighten up the adjustment knob for the dogs on the arbor it will spin freely while drilling and for me it trapped a hole saw onto the threads and I can't get it off. Sort of my fault, although seemingly it looks like hand tightening it would be sufficient. It's not. If you just tighten it by hand it will free up and the dogs will retract and the hole saw will eat up the threads at the base of the arbor and it'll get trapped on there. Just a word of caution. Other than that it's awesome.Oh. Also the pilots appear to be ultra dull for some reason as well. But the hole saw itself is a great deal regardless.

This work great had no problems drilling into concrete.

I needed it cut holes for 4 LED wafer lights in a ceiling consisting of plaster board and a thick skin cout of textured plaster. There wasn't any lathe to go through. All 4 holes were cut cleanly and quickly. Just be ready for the dust.
