POOR packaging. The item is in an aluminum tube, so definitely prone to tears and leaks. Literally just thrown in brown amazon envelope. I inspected it and dont see tears but you can see how easy it deforms in pictures. The envelope it came it looked totally fine as well. So, either its REALLY easy to damage, or it was damaged first and sent anyways. There was no protection inside the envelope either.Aside from that, the ingredients listed are excellent!!! Theyre all brightening ingredients and fight/prevent signs of aging as well as acne and dark spots. Although they all do pretty much the same thing, they each have different advantages and work even better together! If you think it doesnt work that’s because it takes TIME. Read into those ingredients, it can takes months because it works at a cellular level to give permanent changes. You may also not be waiting long enough after applying other products beforehand, or you may be using other products after that lessen, completely mitigate, WORSE skin concerns, and or NOT wearing SPF during the day. Not wearing spf will definitely cancel out the advantages and make skin worse. These ingredients are ACIDS. You could also be using too much of it. If it really still doesnt work you may need to try something stronger and more specific for skin concerns, possibly something prescribed. However, high chance this should at least help looking at the ingredients.One thing worth mentioning: if you want to try something similar, check out the brightening products from urban skin RX! They list the same ingredients, in ADDITION to retinol all in one product!They carry a face cleanser, soap bar, and mask for much cheaper, as WELL as a retinol cream WITH these brightening ingredients.The face cleanser and retinol and bar together are amazing to decrease dark spots, in fact the best combo I’ve tried so far. Like any of these products with such ingredients though, you will really need to concentrate on your skin barrier to protect it from it the harsh effects and purging you may experience. For a while it will definitely make skin more sensitive and vulnerable to break out, which is NORMAL.Product says dont use with AHA/BHA’s or retinoids, but that is only due to sensitivities i mentioned. It will increase chances of irritation a lot! Once you build a tolerance and have strong skin barrier, you can and should totally use together! Works even BETTER together. Hope this is useful! Look the ingredients up and learn, its your best bet.Lastly, only reason I bought this is because IF it works well with retinal (also a retinoid but supposedly MORE effective and less harsh); then at store price plus naturium’s new .05 retinaldehyde; it would be overall much more effective AND cost effective, and less time consuming (not having to layer products for different concerns).

It works as it says it will but you have to use it consistently! It does have a weird smell but it’s not too over powering. I had products that smelled worse lol.

For a very expensive tube, you should be able to enjoy every aspect of it. The texture of the serum was fine, but I could not even get past the smell enough to see results. It literally smells like rotten eggs and like artificial rose scent and sweeter they added to make it better, but it’s sitting next to your nose and does not create for a very therapeutic or calming skin care routine. Other reviews tell you that the smell fades quickly, but not quickly enough. Why spend so much money on a product when you don’t love everything about it, you worked hard to earn that $60, I would highly recommend looking for something else, there’s plenty on the market that won’t smell like sulfur eggs/rose/sick/putrid barf. I know you stopped here because you have a skin concern you would like to be gone asap, but trust me, dont buy this. The first time you use it, your wallet will feel very betrayed. I definitely appreciated that the seller accepts returns and does full refunds! Nothing against the seller!

Worth the price, goes a long way.

I like this product, I can visibly see that it’s clearing some scars and dark marks I had on my face. The only thing is, if your skin is sensitive make sure to use a small amount because you will start to experience extreme dry & peeling skin. Occasionally, my skin would also slightly sting after I’ve applied it but the stinging goes away. I don’t care that it doesn’t smell good because I mix it with other products in my daily skin care routine.Please make sure you’re also using it as directed and WEAR SUN SCREEN. Major key.

This is my second tube. I love it. At first I thought it was to expensive but the fact that it helped get my face scares go away and it lasted about 5 months, I think it is worth the money

I've been using it for a moth on my face and arms as spot treatment. Doesn't work for me so far but I'm hopeful.
