Such a great piece of kit, I bought two!!
Really does stop the burning of the crust. I know a lot of people like the spots created by the flames, but my kids really don’t! This sorts the issue and keeps the heat above the pizza!Very heavy gauge stainless and looks to be of a great quality.We’ll worth the money.

Warps easily for something meant for a pizza oven
A pizza oven gets hot, VERY hot.You would think this notion would be at the forefront of the design for the longevity of this product. Obviously not, it warps pretty easily.As long as you don’t mind spending your time bending and hammering it back it to shape, go ahead and buy.
