Q: How do you remove the sign from the backing?

The one I have are metal and do not have an adhesive backing.

Q: Where are the pre-drilled holes on the 18" x 12" 3M Diamond Grade Reflective Aluminum Sign?

I had an electrician hang the signs when they were mounting cameras. Am speculating that they do have mounting holes but if not the material is thin enough to drill yourself.

Q: what size is this sign?

I gave it to my Dad as a gift so I don't have it but I think it was the size of half a sheet of paper. So 8.5 x 5.5 inches I guess.

Q: How much does this sign weigh? I want to use it inside my storm door and hang it with small suction hooks that only hold 1lb max. Will that work?

Yes. They are very light. Shouldnt be an issue
