Though you can find cheaper sources of caffeine, this is the first energy mix I've tried that can provide energy without the artificially sweet taste and feel. I regularly work 24+ hours and depend on a reliable source of caffeine but often, in the middle of the night, the last thing I want to drink is a sweet energy drink or artificially sweet Mio, Crystal Lite energy, etc. I found Nurished Superfood Energy to be a great option for energy and a splash of flavor without being offensively sweet or tasting like the candy version of fruit flavors that often bear little resemblance to the taste of actual fruit. I also added powdered Yerba Mate to the mix which created a nice iced tea with additional caffeine. Next time I make a smoothie I plan to add a packet in for an energy boost. If you're tired of the overly sweet and artificial energy mix options, or looking for an alternative to your usual caffeine source, this is a versatile option that I'll be buying again.

Works great! I love that it only has clean ingredients and isn’t full of all that other crap.I’m used to taking a lot of caffeine (like hundreds of mgs in my pre workout and energy drinks), so I wasn’t too sure if I would be able to tell a difference in my energy levels. But wouldn’t you know, 20 mins later I’m finding myself tapping my foot at my desk and ready to go! And I didn’t notice any crash afterwards.Definitely recommend! If you’re on the fence, just buy it. It tastes great and gets the job done.

This stuff is amazing! I did my research and it is very clean energy, and the taste is phenomenal.This is now my daily go to and I do not see that changing.

Terrible taste. I shivered with each sip. Tried one packet. Was too late to return. No change in energy level. Do not recommend at all.
