Used as temp probe in trolling motor speed controller
I had to dig out the thermistor from the head because I just wanted a simple temp probe for my speed controller box. The only disadvantage is that it's in Celsius only, but, other than that, it is accurate, reliable, and very easy to read. I am now able to monitor the temp of the mosfets and let the controller cool down if it gets too hot.
