Our daughter broke the clamp, being very heavy handed & impatient. Contacted company to purchase another. The next day, a package arrived, with not one, but TWO new clamps, free of charge!!!

It stated in the picture and the wording that it was supplied with a clamp but it doesn’t very disappointing as it becomes expensive having to buy it separately.

I bought this item for my daughter for Christmas, I am disappointed to find out that both the eyes on the product are damaged and the product wasn’t even taken out of its clear seal yet. I am unhappy with this product and would urge you to check the products more carefully before shipping out to customers who are paying money.

Doll is great, but very poorly advertised. Doesn’t come with a clamp,M, even though it’s in the picture and stated in the description. I’m unable to contact seller regarding the issue, so am just overall disappointed, as the clamp was the reason I payed more for this head.

This is a great dolls head , it’s had long hair:Lots of accessories. Just a shame they are al in Chinese and not English. It’s simple enough -The help of Amazon app & google .The clip is good so it fits to a table. My daughter enjoys making hair styles.
