Perfect
I'd had an awful knee issue since March this year, my Insoles I realised (which are supafeet ) were 19 years old and I got back in 2005. I'd been meaning to get new ones, but just never bothered and didn't think I needed a new pair. After seeing endless physios, (and fed up with feeling like I was walking constantly awkwardly , and painful both at work and in the gym getting massages etc...).I put these on and it was instant , like I had the pair in 2005. Worth every single penny. Not to mention I suffered from plantaphycitis, which was awful and painful. These are comfortable, if you work on your feet contstantly, these are a god send

Seems to be good quality materials
Seems to be good quality materials. Time will tell how well it will last. Arch does not feel obtrusive for me and i have a medium height arch. Much better feel than a pair of footactive soles i have that feel too high in the arch (or the arch is too far forward).Sole is not very soft compared to others i've had like the Dr. Scholls.... but the cupped heel is supposed to allow your natural heel padding be more effective. Arch support is quite stiff so i expect it will hold its shape for some time. They are very comfortable from 1st use for me.... feet feel well stabalised in shoe with these soles.currently using in a pair of running shoes for everyday use (mostly walking).... intend to also use in work boots at my job so time will tell how well they last and if indeed they are worth 40p !!

Very supportive
I have slowly increased my running mileage over lockdown, and I started to have some problems with my arches in my Salomon Sense Ride 2. I have been running in them for 6 months and no problems, but my arches started to play up. I have standard green Superfeet insoles in my walking boots, so I wanted to give these a try to see if I could do with a little more support in my running shoes as well. They are not as supportive as the standard green insoles, but they are softer and more flexible, which makes them better suited for a running shoe, as they need to give more. I trimmed them a little bit (I was fitted a size E in the store for my other green insoles, due to the size of the heel cup), so I did the same for these and trimmed them to size. I rotate these between 2 pairs of shoes and let them air after each run (I take them out and stand them up inside the shoe), they are not smelly, and very supportive. Would highly recommend for those looking for a bit of extra support, just don't forget to take the original insole out of your shoe, this insole is meant to replace that one, not go on top of it.

Not the superfeet run support product!
Was sent the run comfort product, not the run support. Needed it quickly so gave kept, but the comfort product is cheaper and not really what I wanted. Do they not know their own products, or just hope their customers don't notice?

Super Insoles, great for running shoes!
I've been a fan of Superfeet for years (10+), most of my Superfeet insoles have been the blue ones. I have tried a pair of standard Green Superfeet insoles for running shoes after getting shin splints but they occupied too much space in the shoe and were a little unforgiving. They alleviated the pain, but weren't ideal.I tried the Run Comfort ones with a little scepticism (if it isn't broke don't fix it...)They are great, just about right for running shoes. I have no pain in the shins they're so comfortable. I needed to trim them a little but that's to be expected.Expensive but really, really worth it over any standard insoles. You'll wonder why you didn't change them before.

Not impressed
I have a couple of decent, high end pairs of running shoes which feel lovely with the stock insole. However, looking at reviews on here I thought I was maybe missing out on something as I’ve never considered changing insoles before. These are quite thick and it felt as though the shoe just became really cramped inside with little space in the toe box. After running a few km I started to get some pain in my shins and my left foot started to feel as though it was going to sleep, possibly a repercussion of the shoe being too tight. After the run I changed the insoles back and went for a jog, the difference was immediate and the shoe just felt better without the superfeet insoles. They are quite comfortable when walking but I never purchased them to aid that. As I’ve had to trim them down I won’t be able to return them so I’ll pop them in my work boots. Shame really as for £35 I was expecting a lot more from these but I’ll know for the future.

Check the sizing on the listing.
These were recommended by Superfeet for me after I had issues with their Blue ones which were too narrow in the heel. Before you order check what size you need as they are trim to fit. I am a 9 so ordered the 10 rather than 8 thinking I would trim them down. Not the case, order an 8 for 8-9.5 or 10 for 10-11.5 etc. Altonsports customer service was excellent so can not fault them at all. These seem very comfortable and should be wide enough in the heel for me. I over pronate as I walk which I think was why I had assumed with the blue. These are pretty versatile and fit in most of my footwear from work boots to my running shoes. For my shallowest trainers I probably need the run comfort thin or the black ones which I may order.
