Big phone dont use cell phone holder
I got this product primarly to improve my videos on TikTok and my streams on Mixer.The installation is very easy if you follow the pic-o-grams that's comes with it. The company also sends you a message on Amazon when they see you have received it with a video for installation.The cell phone holder is it primary fall as its spring loaded but does not work well with phones the size of Samsung Note 9s or bigger. The cell phone holder also isn't that flexible and barely holds my phone up as it constantly starts moving downward from the weight of the phone. The cell phone holder also is not very long which makes it harder to get the right angle.Overall I'd recommend this product for the light, the customer service, and the settings but not for the cell phone holder.

Great travel ring light
It was perfect for my business... It's the perfect size to travel with.. all I need is a carrying case for it

Missing part
I am missing a piece that connects to the led light so that the phone stand can be attached. It was not in the box

Used three times then quit working
Originally really liked this light. I used it three times when I first got it and it was great. I carefully put it away and when I took it out to use 8 months later, it doesn't work. Very disappointing.

Fell apart.
The cover fell off of the control buttons with the wires falling off soon after. It is difficult to get any portion to stay to lock and stay in place. The tripod only works when fully extended, many sure you have a large space for this.

Not happy
It didn't have the phone holder it promises. Have no idea other than what I assume it does, because it comes with zero paperwork. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was gonna be this half-assed packaged product missing pieces and any info. Very disappointed ☹️ Also, now having to return as well, because light ring doesn't work at all....😭

No Goose shaped tube included
I'm only giving 3 stars because I didn't get the flexible goose shape tube. I received something shorter with no flexibility.

Missing a piece
I am actually upset because the goose shaped tube was not In the package which is the main piece to hold my phone.
