I'm so sad to see that this in capsule firm is no longer available. It's just so much easier to both take and ingest. The loose powder is so much more work. Fingers crossed that the capsules come back in stock and available soon. 🙏

I've used DE for the past year in powder form, adding to my morning coffee. The advantages in having it in capsule form is there is less chance of spilling or the possibility of inhaling the powder.The capsule also insures the right dosage - in this case, 275 mg. In the powder form, I measured in a "heaping teaspoon".The results are the same. I feel better, have more energy and am able to have a good nights rest.

I love these in capsules but apparently you can’t get them anymore. They’re good for your bones And I have low bone mass. Amazon please get them back or find a alternative.

Does it’s job and easy to take.

A nurse recommended I get some food grade diatomaceous earth to help my digestion. I take one capsule every morning with a full glass of water on an empty stomach. I don't consume anything else for at least an hour. Most mornings, I have my predictable relief and go about the rest of my day with no issues.

Capsule form is more convenient

Now that I've tried a different brand, I'm convinced this bottle was contaminated. This one upset my gut and saliva. The new brand does not.
