I have been looking for a set of steak knives for quite some time, now.My issue has been, I didn't want anything cheap and flimsy, but I didn't want to pay close to $100 for a good set of steak knives. For whatever reason, even though I don't mind spending good money on knives used to prep, it just didn't make sense to me to spend that same kind of coin on a set of steak knives. Call me a weirdo, I know.When I first opened the box they ship in, it really looks like they are making an effort to be a fancier set than they actually are. If the box were higher quality, I would have thought that these are those $100 sets of knives. They are absolutely beautiful! Taking a knife out, it has a good feel, not at all flimsy. It's got a good, balanced heft to them, so it doesn't feel too heavy or too light.As far as sharpness, it definitely cuts easily, new knives usually do, so only time will tell if they hold its edges.Overall, if I paid twice as much, I'd still be ecstatic with my purchase, and I'd still think I got a great deal!

I bought these to finally replace the cheap Walmart steak knives we had for so long. These are so much better! I wanted something with good quality but wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. After reading A LOT of reviews, I decided to try these and am so glad I did.They came very nicely packaged with plastic tips protecting the blades. They are very sharp! So sharp I've cut myself already (totally my fault and not that of the knife) so be careful.I've taken care to hand wash and thoroughly dry these after each use in hopes of preventing rust.So far I highly recommend and will update if there's a problem!

These knives are very sharp! They slice through steak cleanly and they have a good thick handle. I also use them to cut meats and vegetables, very versatile. They came well packaged in a box and would be nice to give as a gift to someone.

These are sharp, come nicely packed for gifting if you wanted to, and they match my other knives in my block nearly perfectly.

Nope. These knives just shred any meat you attempt to cut. Even the most expensive cut of perfectly cooked steak. Not at all what you would expect in a good quality steak knife. After receiving and using these knives for about four weeks before receiving, I am seriously suspect of all these rave reviews. Definitely not a quality set of steak knives. Skip these and look elsewhere.

Ces couteaux coupent bien et sont faciles à nettoyer. Je cherchait des couteaux dont les lames entraient complètement dans les manches. Ils me conviennent. Cependant, sur un couteau, le manche manquait de vernis et il y avait des petites éraflures sur la lame. Je n'avais pas envie de retourner le colis pour si peu.
